The Family

One POS. Two ways to work.

Nextora Mini POS runs as a focused Windows application for the counter and an Android app for mobile and table billing.

Billing wherever your business needs it.

Run essential billing directly from Android and print receipts using supported thermal printers — at the counter or on the move.

Offline-first

Internet down?
Billing doesn’t have to stop.

Core billing workflows run on data stored locally on your device. When connectivity drops, billing continues — items, bills and receipts don’t wait for a network.

Connectivity is only required for license activation, software updates and downloads — never for taking a bill.

Network restored. Billing never stopped.

Printing

Made for the printer already on your counter.

Nextora Mini POS prints receipts to supported thermal printers — over USB/serial on Desktop, and Bluetooth or Wi-Fi on Android.

Local Data

Your business data.
On your device.

Nextora Mini POS is designed around local data storage for core billing records — your items and bills live in the application’s local database, with file backups you control.

  • Local application database for billing records
  • Export backups to a local file whenever you choose
  • Import a backup to restore or move your data
  • No external cloud dependency for daily billing

Restoring a backup replaces the current local data — export a fresh backup before major changes.

Questions

Common questions.

Does Nextora Mini POS work without internet?
Yes. Core billing workflows run on data stored locally on your device, so billing continues when the internet is down. Activities that need connectivity — license activation, software updates and downloads — require an internet connection.
Where is my data stored?
All items, customer bills, order histories, and settings are stored locally on your device in the application’s local database (SQLite/local file storage). Your business records are never sent to external servers or cloud accounts.
Which thermal printers are supported?
Desktop prints to supported ESC/POS thermal printers over USB or serial. Android prints to supported Bluetooth and Wi-Fi thermal printers. Printer compatibility can vary by model and connection type, so we recommend testing your printer model before purchase.
How do I activate Nextora Mini POS?
Open License settings in the app and enter the activation key supplied by Nextora for that device. Activation validates your key over the internet once; after that, billing works online or offline.
How long is the license valid?
Each Nextora Mini POS license is an annual subscription valid for one full year (365 days) from activation. The app displays renewal reminders as expiry approaches.
What happens when my annual license expires?
The app will remind you as expiry approaches. After expiry, billing stops until the license is renewed — your locally stored data remains on the device.
How do I back up my data?
Both apps let you export a backup file. On Desktop, use Backup settings to export to a file location of your choice. On Android, use Backup to export a backup file to your device storage. We recommend exporting regularly, especially before updates or device changes.
Can I move Nextora Mini POS to another device?
Yes. Export a backup from the old device, install Nextora Mini POS on the new device, activate it with your license, then import the backup. Contact us if you need a device change applied to your license.
