License Terms.
Last updated: October 2026
Nextora Mini POS is licensed, not sold. These terms describe the annual license model.
1. License model
- Each license is annual and covers one device.
- Desktop (Windows) and Android licenses are separate products; a bundle covers one device of each.
- The license is valid for the period stated at purchase and must be renewed yearly to continue use and receive updates.
2. Activation
- Activation requires entering the license key supplied by Nextora in the app's License settings.
- Activation validates the key over the internet once. Daily billing after activation works online or offline.
- Licenses may be moved between devices โ contact support so we can apply the device change to your key.
3. Renewal and expiry
- The app reminds you as expiry approaches.
- After expiry, billing stops until the license is renewed.
- Your locally stored data remains on the device; renewing restores normal operation.
4. Your data
- Billing records created with Nextora Mini POS are stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups. The Backup & Restore features exist for this purpose.
- Nextora does not receive or store copies of your billing data.
5. Fair use
- One license per device โ running one license on multiple devices is not permitted.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or rebrand the software.
- Reverse-engineering the licensing mechanism is not permitted.
6. Updates and support
- Software updates are included during the license period.
- Support is provided by email and phone during business hours while the license is active.
7. Refunds and changes
Refund requests are handled case by case โ contact us within a reasonable time of purchase with details of the issue. We may update these terms as the licensing model evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
